Bill Harvey

Founder and Professional Licensed Master Home Inspector

Bill Harvey brings over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry to home inspections. Although he’s kept his broker’s license and Class A Contractor’s licenses current, he’s been focused on residential and commercial building inspections for over 17 years. As a home inspector, Bill is able to use his remodeling and real estate knowledge to offer a uniquely well-rounded approach to home inspecting.

Bill is a native Texan with roots in Fort Worth, Houston, and Corpus Christie. His earliest memories include visiting construction and demolition sites, courtesy of his grandfather’s business. Bill’s technician mind and interest in learning have taken him from building houses to selling them, and now finally to using that in-depth knowledge as an inspector. On the rare occasions that Bill takes a break from work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, going scuba diving, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Warren Sturges

Professional Licensed Home Inspector

A native Floridian, Warren moved to south Louisiana, where he spent the first 30 years of his career in Commercial Diving, holding such positions as a Level 2 Underwater Inspector, Estimating Manager, and General Manager before leaving to pursue a career as a Professional Real Estate Inspector. His schooling includes The Ocean Corporation of Houston and the Florida Institute of Technology where he studied business management. Married with two children, his hobbies include fishing, golfing, hunting, and travel.
